The Program
Why Operators License MOLTN
A brand licensing program built to drop into a working commercial kitchen without a new buildout, new equipment, or a menu replacement.
Designed to run on standard commercial baking equipment most operators already have: an oven, a freezer, and sheet pans. No proprietary equipment, no specialized buildout.
MOLTN supplies the dough already scaled and portioned. No mixing, no recipe development, no R&D work for your team to absorb.
Branded boxes, printed cards, photography, and brand guidelines are provided as part of the licensing program so the brand looks consistent across every partner kitchen.
MOLTN runs alongside your current concept rather than replacing it. Operators keep their existing brand, menu, and operations intact.
The Day-to-Day
What Running MOLTN in Your Kitchen Looks Like
No menu overhaul. No new equipment. Three steps for each order that comes through.

Order Hits Your Kitchen
When a customer orders MOLTN through a connected delivery platform or the brand site, the ticket routes to your existing tablet or POS alongside your regular orders.

You Bake
Pull a sheet of pre-portioned MOLTN dough from your freezer. Drop it on a sheet pan. Into your existing oven. No mixing, no scaling, no recipes to memorize. Bake times are documented.

Pack and Hand Off
Cookies go into the branded box, sealed, labeled, and handed to the delivery driver. The packaging, the inserts, and the handoff workflow are all part of the licensing program.
